Graduate Teaching Assistant - University of Denver, Lamont School of Music & Lamont Piano Preparatory Program; September 2017 – June 2019

  • Instruct college students in the fundamentals of playing piano and the basics of music in a one-on-one private lesson setting

  • Substitute teach for Piano Class, a group piano instruction setting for undergraduate music majors

  • Organize and oversee class registration and lesson scheduling for enrolled students

  • Assist in teaching private lessons and group piano classes to students (age 5-9) in the Lamont Piano Preparatory program.

  • Plan lessons and lead class for a weekly adult Recreational Music Making class

Accompanying Experience

Accompanist, Mother of God Catholic Church, Denver CO, Jan. 2018 – Oct. 2020

  • Collaborate with multiple cantors, a small choir, and occasional instrumentalists during rehearsals and services.

  • Play musical liturgy as well as selected hymns each week

  • Provide music for funeral and wedding ceremonies as needed.
